Goods remain the property of the Tap Factory Ltd until paid for in full.

1. Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.
2. The Tap Factory Ltd reserves the right to alter or rearrange the date for delivery at any time.
3. Orders for non-standard products including RAL colours once acknowledged by The Tap Factory Ltd can not be cancelled.
4. The validity of my guarantee will be subject to correct system installation by a qualified engineer.
5. Unless otherwise stated radiators are not supplied with valves.
6. On some illustrations, some radiators have been featured with concealed pipework or valves.
7. Minor variatons in paint finishes for radiators & accessories must be accepted.
8. Specific delivery times cannot be given. Delivery is usually Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm. This will be confirmed by the Tap Factory Ltd.
9. Radiators are labelled as heavy and require reasonably fit people to be available when being delivered.
10. The Tap Factory Ltd will make every effort to deliver goods on the date or within the dates quoted, however such dates are a guideline only and The Tap Factory Ltd shall not be held liable in any way due to delayed deliveries.
    All deliveries must be checked upon receipt any shortages or damages must be noted when deliveries are signed for, signing for a delivery will be determined as acceptance that the goods have been delivered in good order at the time of delivery.
    The Tap Factory Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur after delivery. Any damages or shortages must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
11. The return of any stocked goods will be subject to a minimum 25% re-stocking charge.
12. Our products are guaranteed from 12 months to 10 years depending on the products chosen. The guarantee in all cases are restricted to the F.O.C replacement ot repair of the failed product only.
13. Our liability will under no circumstances extend beyond the repair or replacement of the product supplied by us.

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after receipt of the goods (with the exception of special order items).

Please make sure all goods are returned in the original, undamaged packaging at the cost of you, the consumer. This price is usually more than the standard delivery charge.
